REFUND POLICY

Due to the intimate and personal nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at enticingbliss@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will review each case individually and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
